November 10, 2006 – Author Sheri Gormley will be chatting live from the Long Ridge Writer's Group chat room on Thursday, November 16th from 5:00-7:00 p.m. PST. She'll talk about her serial, THE EYE OF CAER WEILEN, what it's like to write a serial and give away free subscriptions.

November 1, 2006 – A new contest has started to promote THE EYE OF CAER WEILEN. The contest runs through December 31st, so be sure to enter today.

June 30, 2006 – The general re-launch of THE EYE OF CAER WEILEN at Virtual Tales has been delayed until July 14th. I've been working on major edits with my wonderful editor, Rose Fox. When it does roll off the e-presses, however, it will be bigger and better than ever!

May 20, 2006New cover artwork has been created for THE EYE OF CAER WEILEN serial by award-winning Fantasy artist Michael Leadingham. It will be available for purchase through the new Virtual Tales Cafe Press store.

February 4, 2006 – A new website has been formed, Virtual Tales, that will offer serialized fiction to subscribers using a similar model to KIC, with notable improvements. Virtual Tales is currently accepting stories, editors and artists, and is anticipating an official launch in March 2006. THE EYE OF CAER WEILEN will be one of the Fantasy serials available at Virtual Tales, so check back often for more information and special subscription offers.

December 1, 2005 – It appears that the KIC website is down for good. I am working with other former KIC authors to see if we can create a replacement site. Check back here for more information, or visit the Yahoo Groups board for more information. In the meantime, if you are a subscriber to this story, please contact me so that I can send you any outstanding issues that you have paid for.

September 1, 2005 – Due to a personal emergency for the owner of the KIC website, all services will be on hiatus until November. All subscriptions will continue where they left off at that time.

August 29, 2005 – The second part of the journey has begun! I have just put the finishing touches on the milestone issue in which Michael finally recovers the ring for his sister Bronwyn – and promptly entrusts it to another for delivery. Now free of the ring and free from the binding power of the ffyddloniaid, he is finally able to explore his own dragon heritage. Thank you to my subscribers for your continuing interest in my story. I can't wait to share the end with you soon!

She will be reading four excerpts in all, through the August 17th show, and the first five listeners to send an e-mail to editor@keepitcoming.net during each reading will receive a free month's subscription to THE EYE OF CAER WEILEN.
