 Biography
for Sheri Gormley
Author of THE
EYE OF CAER WEILEN
Sheri Gormley was born in the Bronx, New York.
She is the second of four children and has been devouring
fairy tales, fantasy and science fiction since she was a child. She
always knew she would make writing her profession and attended
Fordham University in the Bronx, where she met her future
husband, Sean. She graduated with a BA degree in Communications
& Art History.
Most of her career has been spent in marketing communications,
specializing in marketing writing, technical writing, graphic
and website design. She now lives in Vancouver, Washington
(just north of Portland, Oregon) with her husband and their
two children, Eoghan & Siobhan. Her hobbies include gardening,
cooking and watching baseball.
